7 HardwareReplacement

This section contains instructions on how to replace operator panel hardware.

Only components included in the latest bill of material and spare parts list are

allowed. See Available Spare Parts for iX Panel TA100.

7.1 ModeSwitches

The iX Panel TA100 has four mode switches (DIP switches) located on the rear

side of the operator panel.

Each letter in “MODE” has a corresponding mode switch.

0100 Notused.

1000 ServiceMenumode,theservicemenuforthesystemprogramis

shown. AllowstheusertosetIPconﬁguration,erasetheproject,

calibratethetouchscreen etc. SeesectionServiceMenufordetails.

1100 Notused(runmode).

1110 Selftest.

To change mode switches, follow the steps bel ow:

Disconnect power from the operator panel.

Set the mode switches using a ballpoint pen.

Reco

nnect power to the operator panel.
