Does the power supply deliver enough current?

Check the fuse.

Check the power card.

Is the power card correctly mounted?

Check the communication cable between the units.

Check the communication ports on the CPU board.

TheEPCTA70AMisworkingbutthebacklightisoff

Check the backlight dimming.

Check that the backlight is connected to the power card.

Replace the backlight according to the Replacing the Backlight section.

Check the DC/AC on the power card.

Check the backlight dimming.

Check the CPU board for burned components.

Download new ﬁrmware to the Panel PC.
